Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions

• Applicable for bookings placed from Now - 30th April 2025.
• The offer is valid for stays between 1st – 31st January 2025 only.
• Rates are inclusive of taxes (as imposed by the government).
• Rates are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
• Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Not included – Combined transport from car park to the hotel and back for 5-7 pax per jeep (one way: 8.8 Km/45 mins) – 4000/= per room for both ways.

Payment

• Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
• Offer is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
• The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may be published on other platforms.

Stay Conditions

• Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
• Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
• A set menu option will be available for dining. For specific dietary arrangements, please contact +94 766 9192 43 prior to arrival.

Amendments and Cancellations

• Please click here to see the cancellation policy applicable for the stay periods.
• Amendments of date of stay in a period outside the offer period, due to reasonable circumstance, will be at the sole discretion of the Management.

Please note the offer is not applicable for,

1. Corporate outings and day outings
2. Gift vouchers
3. Pre-confirmed bookings
4. To be combined with other offers
5. Reservations made through any other platforms, online or offline
